Shipping policy

Shipping is not to be confused with delivery. We are able to give you an estimate of when we are able to have your order leave our facility but we are not able to guarantee how quickly the product will be delivered to your requested location after it has left our facility. An order is considered shipped when your items leave our facility. Delivery is the time it takes the carrier (ex: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) to deliver your package to your home or designated location.

All purchases will receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped. For those who choose to pick up at one of our Local Pick-up Stations, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order is ready for pick-up. We may require a signature upon delivery or a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase when picking up orders. Shipping, Delivery, and Pick-up times are subject to change for reasons including but not limited to high volume of orders, for items on backorder, weather conditions, etc. We do not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) nor on holidays. We will do our best to keep you up to date on any delays. You are more than welcome to follow-up and request the status of your order.

Shipping Times

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, you can expect your order to leave our facility or to be ready for Local Pickup in the following times:

Ready to Ship/ Ready to Wear wigs: 1 - 2 business days 

Made To Order Wigs: 1 - 3 weeks

Made To Order Wigs With Top Quality Hair: 6 - 8 weeks

For Send Us Your Wig Styling Service: 3 - 4 business days after we receive your unit

Standard Delivery: 2 - 3 business days

Expedited Delivery: 1 - 2 business days
