Refund policy

All sales are final unless the item is defective or severely not as described. We must be notified within 3 days of the product being delivered to you. Refunds and exchanges are solely up to our discretion and must be approved by us first. We will do an investigation and you will have to provide proof of the defective item. If we approve your request, items must be returned unused, not worn, and in their original state and packaging. If we allow a refund or exchange due to reasons other than what was previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 60% restocking fee.
